CANCELLATION POLICY

Once chips have been granted, we do not offer cancellations. However, if for any reason your chips have not been granted, please contact our customer support team. We will promptly address the issue and ensure that your chips are granted to your account without delay. If, in the rare event, we are unable to grant you the chips you purchased, you have the option to cancel your payment. To initiate the cancellation process, please get in touch with our customer support team. We will process your refund within 7 working days from our end. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to resolve any concerns in a timely manner.

REFUND POLICY

We don't give refunds once chips have been awarded. If for any reason your chips have not been granted, please contact customer support, and your chips will be granted right away. If we are unable to give you chips, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Your account will be frozen after paying off your entire balance if you receive a refund, even after receiving the chips.
